How fast can you pick up?
Same-day in most of West and Southwest Florida. Call before noon and we'll usually be at your door before 5pm. For estate cleanouts and large jobs, we'll schedule a 2-hour arrival window.
Do you give a price over the phone?
Yes. Tell us what needs to go and we give you a flat, all-in price on the call — labor, hauling, and disposal fees included. No surprises, no upsells when we arrive.
What do you take?
Almost anything: furniture, mattresses, appliances, electronics, hot tubs, yard waste, full garage contents, and complete estate cleanouts. We don't take hazardous waste (paint, chemicals, tires, batteries) — Florida law requires those go through specific facilities. We also don't haul construction or remodel debris.
Are you insured and licensed?
Yes — fully insured for your property and our crew. We carry general liability and workers' comp. You'll never be on the hook if something goes wrong.
Where does the junk go?
We sort first. Anything reusable goes to local Florida charities (Goodwill, Habitat for Humanity ReStore). Recyclables go to certified recyclers. The rest goes to the proper county landfill or transfer station — never illegally dumped.
Do I need to be home?
Not always. If items are accessible (driveway, garage, curbside), we can pick up while you're at work. We'll send photos and call before and after.
How is your price calculated?
By volume — how much space your items take in our truck. Single item: ~$95. Quarter-truck: ~$249. Half: ~$399. Full: ~$649. Garage cleanouts: from $349. Estate cleanouts: custom quote.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes — Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, and Apple Pay / Google Pay. We also accept cash and Zelle. Payment after the job is done, when you've seen the truck pull away clean.
